February Forum update

I am pleased to say that Shajjad and the team in Romania have now confirmed the booking arrangements for the hotel we will be using for the Forum – the new Radisson Blu in Cluj.  The team have negotiated very early access for our bookings.  The official booking system will not open until April, but we can reserve rooms now at our special rate.  We would strongly urge you to book before April via the method below.  This is to ensure you have a room in the Forum hotel. We have been made aware that a WTA Tennis tournament will be taking place in Cluj at the same time as the Forum.  This means that other hotels are likely to book up quickly and prices are likely to rise substantially for other hotels.  As a result, our hotel may book up quickly once the official booking system opens.  The special rate which has been negotiated by the Romanian NAO will remain in place but the number of rooms available may reduce quite quickly.

As a reminder the special room rates available are as follows:

Standard room single use: 120 euro/nightExecutive double: 135 euro/nightSuite: 150 euro/nightJunior Suite single or double use: 250 euro/night Executive Suite single or double use: 350 euro/night

To book a room now please email Iuliana Poka , Sales Manager at [email protected] and use the title FORUM22 for your email.  This is also the discount code for our bookings.

We look forward to seeing you at the Forum in October.
